Katie Dickinson
I love cooking almost as much as I love grocery shopping. I love travelling to places that challenge me to widen my perspective, photography, making bad puns, and trying to keep my Korean language skills alive.
About Katie
Shortly after repatriating in 2014 (I lived for 4 years in Yeosu, South Korea), I began working with a personal trainer at the BSC Davis Square location. We worked together on my big goals: to improve my balance, learn the 3 main power lifts, and troubleshoot making sure my “back didn’t feel like total garbage” on long-haul flights.
One thing I didn’t anticipate was just how profoundly my mobility and strength would change with a little bit of personalized help. I’ve been in the client position before, so I understand that just getting started is the biggest hurdle. Please don’t hesitate to say hi when you see me in the gym! Let me know if you have any questions about exercise, want to chat about your goals, or want to hear about the time I got stuck in a bus station bathroom in rural Bosnia (and why I immediately started working on pull-ups when I returned home)!
