About Johnny
Johnny is a certified trainer with many years of experience in several areas of physical fitness. He also works very well with youth on all levels of sports conditioning. In addition, he works well with senior citizens and physically challenged youth. He will train you privately, with a friend, or you can join one of his many group classes. Aside from his love for running, Johnny has trained for 20 years in basketball, baseball, football, and soccer. Numerous years as a professional breakdancer inspired Johnny to go further into physical fitness professionally and become a master physical fitness trainer. He is warm and attentive to your personal needs and improvement. Johnny will take great care in your training, give you dietary advice and coaching.
