I went to FSU for undergrad, GO NOLES! (where I was a personal trainer) and and originally majored in Veterinarian Medicine. I moved up to Boston after graduating with my BS in exercise science and was excepted to a Physical Therapy school. After an internship at MGH, I decided Physical Therapy was not for me so I continued to do personal training and ended up finding a career in it! I have never looked back and am happy to BE happy in the thing I will do for the rest of my life!
Remember kid, there are heroes and there are legends. Heroes get remembered but legends never die, follow your heart kid, and you'll never go wrong.
Mark's passion for exercise started at an early age. You could say it was in his blood: his mother was a personal trainer and his father has run over twenty Boston Marathons. He eats, sleeps and breathes fitness, and does everything within his power to help his clients reach their goals. If you are trying to become the best version of yourself, look no further.
Love your body for what it can do, not what it looks like.
Starting from a young age Christine was always involved with activities from cheerleading to dance and gymnastics. After college, she joined her first gym started working with a personal trainer who taught her how to effectively exercise and encouraged her to eventually become a trainer herself. Since then she has participated in the Boston Marathon, several half marathons, and triathlons, in 2013 she competed in the Diva Fitness division with the WBFF. She loves helping my clients find a passion in fitness, and discovering what drives them.
