The possibility of improving someone's quality of life makes me absolutely love my job. I love having the opportunity to motivate someone and help them to reach their goals, whatever they may be.
From the teenage boxer to the elderly, I love having all different types of clients with different goals, and doing my best to help reach them, whatever they may be. Everyone's body works and responds differently to different things, and as a trainer, it is my job to find out what works to get the client to where they want to be. Fitness helps with not just physically changing, but also mentally, and I want to pass on all that I know to every one of my clients.
